Request for Tender (RFT) covers the supply and installation of Asphalt and Line marking across Stages 2 to 6 Nirimba Fields, Blacktown, NSW Please Note: Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is not required to comply with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework, including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs).
